Natural gas seems to have finished its correction. You can see it spring boarding higher in this snapshot of the 10-minute chart of natural gas which I have been monitoring. Buy signals have been hit on my hourly models.
I believe the next leg up in natural gas is starting. Don’t be surprised if you see some negative news about the crisis in Ukraine.
The crisis there has a lot to do with natural gas supplies. And the next leg higher in prices is probably cluing us in that some fundamental driving news regarding the situation in Ukraine is about to come into play. Most likely Russia shutting down supplies to Europe in response to sanctions.
Either way, it’s time to get back into UGAZ. Please act on the above alert as soon as possible.
