Issue #22
Dear Member,
Just a quick update here: Most of you who acted promptly on Friday’s recommendation to buy shares in GDXJ should have been filled at or below the $40.50 level. Great. GDXJ rallied soon after you had a chance to buy your shares, and it’s looking like it will open higher this morning.
Maintain a protective sell stop, GTC at $35.03.
If you did not act promptly on the recommendation, then odds are you were not filled.
What to do? As noted in the recommendation box above, I now recommend, if you were not filled, that you buy your shares at the market. Use the same protective sell stop, GTC at $35.03.
Regarding Exeter Resources (XRA): Maintain your open order to buy shares in Exeter at $0.89 or better, good-till-cancelled. NOTE: It seems that some are still buying these shares at the market, disregarding my advice.
That is not good: Not only are you paying more for the stock, unnecessarily, but you are creating a situation that could end up costing ALL members.
The reason: If my limit prices are ignored, I will have to eliminate any of the low-priced but potentially very profitable junior miners from the universe of mining shares that this service will attempt to capitalize on.
As I noted, that will hurt ALL members and limit the service to trading only the more senior miners that have lower beta’s, or lower overall trading profit potential.
I hate to be tough, but it is extremely important that you follow my recommendations to the word.
For now, maintain your order to buy shares in XRA paying no more than $0.89.
Best wishes,
Larry
